About Me

Manager of a (formerly) modest building and development company located in southern NJ. Having many possibly interesting, somewhat irreverent thoughts about the economy, real estate, construction, people in general and other assorted nonsense, I have been trying to blog more often. I am interested in any comments, questions or thoughts on these subjects or others that you might have.

Happy New Year!

It's 2010 and we're still here! We are the survivors!
Exciting things are happening at Visions At The Shore. The H building manor homes are sold out and we're taking deposits for the I building which is under construction. People will actually be living there this spring!
The townhomes have been reduced so much it hurts but 3 are still available starting at $299,900. Won't see these prices again for a long time I hope!
The clubhouse inspires me; I still get excited everytime I walk in and listen to the fountain!
Events are happening all the time; I've been cooking away in the Visions kitchen for our homeowners; you have got to come taste my chili at the Superbowl Party Sunday Feb 7! Who cares what teams are playing, we're here to have fun!
We're still helping people sell their homes in this difficult market using several dedicated realtors who are helping us help you!
Ivy League Mortgage continues to support us with creative financing; Visions was recently approved for both FHA and VA loans.
So get out of your house, come over for a drink by the fire and spend some time with us. Spike will greet you at the door!

Regards,
Vincent
